An Apartment in Gurgaon Sold for INR 100 Crore

The Gurugram real estate market has recently attracted attention due to an impressive ₹100 crore sale of a 10,000 square foot apartment. The Camellias an Apartment in Gurgaon Sold for INR 100 Crore , a development by DLF, situated on Golf Course Road in the Millennium City.

A few months ago, apartments of similar size were available for ₹60 crore; however, the prices per square foot for this prominent location have shown a major increase over the last four months.Amit Goyal, the managing director of India Sotheby’s International Realty, observed a demand for homes in DLF Golf Links, as many startup founders, senior executives from international companies, and entrepreneurs prefer this area due to its exceptional amenities and energetic environment. The three projects in Golf Links—The Aralias, The Magnolias, and The Camellias—have all experienced major price increases since last year.

DLF is currently offering apartments in a bare-shell condition at a listing price of ₹85 crore for a 10,000 square foot unit, while owners who have made interior upgrades are now asking for more than ₹100 crore for similar-sized apartments, thus positioning this property among the priciest condominiums in the country. This remarkable surge in luxury real estate prices in Gurgaon and the upscale areas of Delhi has aligned the costs of premium apartments in the affluent southwest suburbs and bungalows in the Lutyens zone with those in some of Mumbai’s most desirable neighborhoods, with per-square-foot prices exceeding ₹1 lakh.

The National Capital Region (NCR), which includes Delhi and surrounding areas like Noida and Gurgaon, has prompted property experts to compare The Camellias to the prestigious Lutyens zone, recognized for housing the country’s top business leaders and political elites.About 15% of property owners at The Camellias have moved from The Magnolias and

The Aralias. Meanwhile, most buyers come from the Delhi NCR region. Startup figures who own properties at The Camellias include Aman Gupta, the founder of BoAt, and JC Chaudhry, the founder of Aakash Educational Services.
