With an annual value of Rs 7.5 crore, the contract was chosen with the goal of professionalizing mall administration and maximizing value for all parties involved. In order to maximize operational efficiencies, put best practices into effect, and increase tenant satisfaction throughout the Elan Group’s strategically placed malls in Gurugram—Elan Epic in Sector 70, CBRE will leverage its years of expertise in property and retail asset management for Elan Town Centre in Sector 67, Elan Miracle in Sector 84, and Elan Mercado in Sector 80.
