M3M India has announced the launch of Gurgaon International City (GIC), a landmark 150-acre integrated urban development on Dwarka Expressway Link Road, with plans to expand to nearly 200 acres. With a projected investment of Rs 7,200 crore and an estimated topline of Rs 12,000 crore, GIC marks M3M’s ambitious entry into the integrated township segment—building on its legacy of luxury residences and commercial landmarks.
Conceptualized as a Live–Work–Unwind ecosystem, GIC will blend residential, commercial, industrial, and lifestyle zones into a self-sustained urban fabric. Phase 1 spans 50 acres and includes 300 RERA-approved plots for data centers, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail avenues, and premium residences. The development is strategically positioned near NH-48, Delhi International Airport, and key expressways, with proximity to Aravalli, Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, and Adani Logistics Park ICD.
“GIC is more than a city—it’s a vision for India’s urban future,” said Pankaj Bansal, Promoter, M3M India. “We’re creating a globally benchmarked destination that attracts innovation-led enterprises and delivers sustainable, human-centric living.”
The masterplan emphasizes green mobility, low-carbon infrastructure, and Forest Living—an urban forest concept integrating shaded boulevards, walking trails, and landscaped recreation zones to promote ecological balance and wellness. GIC will host clean industry hubs and advanced manufacturing units aligned with India’s digital and industrial policy priorities.
As North India’s development landscape evolves, GIC positions itself as a next-generation alternative to legacy industrial zones like MET City, Jhajjar—offering a tech-forward, environmentally conscious blueprint for integrated living.
